Day 2 of my stairs push...

Pushed myself to go an extra floor (2 flights of 11), I'll try and add an extra flight per week.

Got a very odd look off someone walking down from 4th to 2nd as I ran up to the 3rd floor and then turned round and walked down to the 2nd floor)

Great stuff! You will notice the difference in no time at all! Stair walking is a fantastic way to get fitter I used to work on the 8th floor and forced myself to take the stairs all the way up at least once a day, quickly saw an improvemnt. Sadly, I am back on the first floor now (different building) and when I went to a meeting on the 8th recently, wow - I really felt it :) Like most things I guess - use it or lose it! Psy

You are going great guns and i am really impressed. Don't forget you will be building up muscle in some of your biggest muscle so it might slow the weight loss down a little as those muscles start to build.

Yes but weight has only ever been a metric for me, my aim has been size change... Which I've seen massively at my waist (now if only my chest would catch-up).

That's a good approach. Its one of the reasons i have not been worried as i feel comfortable and any further loss is a bonus.
