Great stuff! You will notice the difference in no time at all! Stair walking is a fantastic way to get fitter
I used to work on the 8th floor and forced myself to take the stairs all the way up at least once a day, quickly saw an improvemnt. Sadly, I am back on the first floor now (different building) and when I went to a meeting on the 8th recently, wow - I really felt it :)
Like most things I guess - use it or lose it!
