Same as yesterday.

I had a big salad for lunch, and noticed my protein was very poor on yesterdays charts. I add a scoop of chicken and a few pieces of ham that is not in my built in meal, so it probably did end up much higher. I need to log my dinner too. I tell you this FS is hardcore when I am at work (Strapped to a PC), when I am away, not so much, lol

Bike ride last night was very difficult for some reason, it was like I took a month off. It was also windy for the 1st time in a while, so that could be it. I used my new GPS (Garmin Edge) which has HRM & Cadence Sensor (Pedal RPM's). I learned a few things, and had a flat. I am excited to see the training data it provides. I can see my hills (Bridges) on my HRM, and I can see how much I stop pedaling and coast.

I also had my 1st flat on the front tire (after telling my friend this weekend "I never have flats up front"). Ironic!

Well, work bekons. Have a great day y'all!

I struggled with my workout yesterday too... hopefully we can both have better results next time! Some days are just not great. Although your flat tire seems like it could've killed any good workout anyways!

You're incredible - I was whiney Saturday when my 'low tire pressure' light dinged. You change tires and keep on cycling. You rock..... and roll!

Thanks Guys, found out my problem today, my back tire was very low pressure, lol. So it was like pedaling in mud. Today was better, but very windy, so I only did a little bit, like 30 mins.

Glad you figured that out. Too bad they don't have AAA for bike repairs!

Karma kicked you in the butt, JP! That's what you get for saying you never have front flats! Keep going dude!! Sounds to me like that was a total anomaly!

I'm with Zippi, JP. funny about the timing of your flat. How any tubes do you carry? CO2 or minipump? I don't know what you MTB guys do.
