tomorrow wt in and measurement today so maybe I have lost some.
Just wish I had some support at home, the old man here think he know everything that is to know. In his eyes I never do the right thing on anything. He always want food that is per made, fast food, and food I can not eat. I try to tell him he can have that but I can not, but then he says "why do you have to be differ then everyone else". I just up set, I know I pay all the bills around here, but I guess that never enough. He just needs to find a job.

It is hard to do the right thing for your self and keep everyone around you happy. In fact most of the time almost impossible. Just know the only person that knows what is best for you is you, and kudos for continuing to eat what you need to eat in the face of that temptation and negativity. I hope you get some more support at home...

I agree, people don't always understand how hard it is to stick to a plan...I was invited to someone's house for homemade lasagna, there would be NO WAY to calculate the calories, I begged off as sick....I don't really even LIKE lasagna!
