Didn't get enough sleep the night before. Also ate 2 squares of dark chocolate which exceeded my 35grams of carbs daily goal.
135.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1219 kcal Fat: 63.06g | Prot: 101.03g | Carb: 45.12g.   Breakfast: whey protein powder, flax seed trader joes, almond milk, strawberries frozen, joseph's flax and oat bran pita bread, almond butter trader joes, banana. Lunch: chili lime chicken breast trader joe, cheese stick pollyo. Dinner: spinach frittata, mozzarella cheese kraft, red wine. Snacks/Other: breakstone lowfat cottage cheese, raspberries fresh, turkey breast boars head, dark chocolate with almonds simply lite. more...
