Day 8 - I'm really pleased with the South Beach Diet Phase I, After only 7 days of dieting, I weighed in this morning 7 lbs less than my start weight. I'm jazzed!

You could actually add about 800-900 more calories a day and still lose weight. To keep going on this diet you must have variety and feel satisfied with lots of vegetables. You are doing wonderful, but I hope you aren't eating too little? Amy
