My desire is to just get healthy and feel better. If I lose some weight in the process great! Tired of putting so much stress on what goes into my mouth. It can be too controlling at times. Gonna try and stick with my plan but give myself some grace for dates or being out and about.
161.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
