Just did my first workout out 'Start it up' on Slim in 6. It felt awful at the time (I'm really unfit) but after I felt so awake! Hopefully I won't ache too much tomorrow so I can do the workout again! Also doing 'Slim and Limber' after my workout, it was lovely (:

Also, lost 1lb! My first weight loss since joining this site! (: Hopefully the workout DVD's will help me lose more (:

Good deal. The more u move the more u want to.Never talk ur self out of it. Being sore is normal at first. But work it out with movement.If I don't have time for full work out,I do what time I have and finish in short times. So I do end up with an hour in for the day

Congratulations on starting Sin6 It is hard when you start it and you feel like you will never move up, but by week 2 you will probably be ready to move up, for sure by end of week 2. The clue is doing it so often. I did it and was very out of shape. You will probably be sore tomorrow but still push through. It works fast. That is the good thing about it.
