The more I work out the more frustrated I become with my weight. I haven't lost anything since I started working out. So, until the end of January I am done with the scale. I am doing a month long abs challenge and fitness challenge, along with Turbo Kick classes and step classes. I'm working my way back into running, and I'm getting back on track with my eating. I haven't been doing what I should lately with my intake. Too much junk and not enough stuff that is good for me. I am ready to work my butt off this month and can't wait to see what happens by the end of the month.

Diet Calendar Entries for 08 January 2013:

Although exercise is important for keeping fit, losing weight is mostly about diet. So once you get that under control again, you should start seeing the weight go down.

I know, which is why I am really going to focus hard on it. Even when I was doing well it wasn't really going down. I have been losing inches, so I know I am losing weight and building muscle, but it's still frustrating.

This no scale thing is hard. First I feel like I'm doing great, then I feel like I've gained a ton of weight. Amazing how much focus we put on a little piece of equipment and a number.
