Bulked up on purpose for a 3 month biggest loser challenge at work. Is that cheating? No, just strategy ;)

And it was damn fun and tasty bulking up!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hmm... do you think it's bad that I treat it all like a game? Or is that beneficial? I'm leaning on beneficial...definitely.

hmmm... who said you were cheating...? But yes benefitial. And if it's at work I am sure they know you and what you are capeable of!

I weighed in this morning, and then an hour later I was a pound lighter. I wont go into details, but you can probably guess how hahahah!

Hahaha, such a cheater. My biggest loser competition at work was the BEST motivator for weight loss for me last year, but I never cheated.. Ok, for one weigh-in I did an early morning spin class and didn't drink water... but I never bulked up on purpose.. I think it would be very fun though!!! :)

Hahah! I told EVERYONE! So there's no guilt there. I'm going to take it a little easy for the first 2 months and focus on building up cardio endurance and lean muscle tissue and showoff the last month and drop the chubb. Strategic planning at it's best ;)
