OK. This synches it. I HAVE TO EXERCISE to lose weight. The project was cancelled, my contract job ended, I could not stay in the weight-loss contest with these other workers. I had gotten down to 207 and had to stop working out at home (4:30 is too early for my roommates to tolerate). No access (as a contractor) to the facilities at work. I put nearly all of the weight back on. Back up to 215 now.
Roommate joined a gym and is able to take a friend as often as she wants. I have gone twice now and am planning on getting my own membership as soon as the funds are available to me. It was great! I loved the workout! I've lost 2 pounds from those 2 work-outs.
