probably only dropped this much in a week due to being sick all weekend and not eating a whole lot, despite sticking within my diet and going to the gym about 5 times this last week. still trying to kick a cold, aiming to try to workout before work tomorrow, but we'll see how that goes.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
