I definitely haven't been following my diet by any means and I'm not too happy about it. Holidays are proving to be my weakness, but I did at least chose healthier options over the fattier stuff (turkey burgers over regular beef burgers, fruit instead of macaroni salads, etc). Still, I've noticed that my bad eating habits as of late have made me sluggish and I've been finding it harder and harder to exercise. It doesn't help that a lot of the activities I've been engaging in lately have been leaving me really sore, to the point where it really hurts to move. If that had been a result of a workout, I wouldn't mind, but it's been my own foolish choices that have been leading to those moments.

Vacation is just a few weeks away and I'm really nervous about it. I need to keep strong and not eat all the fatty stuff my family tends to cook up when we go camping. I don't intend on losing weight during my time away, but so long as I can keep some semblance of will power and keep from snacking a ton, then I should be okay. I can do this! Hopefully we'll be in a hilly area, I'd really like to go hiking or something at least if I can do that for a bit of exercise rather than sitting around the cabin or boat.
