Oops!! :) That's what going home to parents' house for the holidays (2 weeks) will do to you!

Oh, well...it was fun while it lasted, but I'm back on track now.

In 2013, I'm...

Going to drink more water (yuck)
Going to cook more meals at home and eat out less
Going to pay closer attention to my health needs
Going to be more physically active than I was in 2012
177.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
