197 this am...off to water aerobics...love this class. Invited to join some of the gals after swimming for coff at Ellies. Had a good visit with barbara, julie, debbie carol, and amy.
Didnt stop to see mom as there were 2cars there. I hate to interupt any therapies going on for her.
I know that i am expecting a whole lot more of myself then is reasonable...i keep thinking i should be loosing pounds...lots of pounds...instead of ounces.. Ugh!
For today i will do my best!
Heard on dr oz today about yet another eating program...the plan...do a cleanse, which most plans require, then everother day add a food based on the foods you eat. Asnot everyone eats the same thing it is very much customized. This actually makes so much sence! Each food is introduced and then paying attention to how you feel...bloated, gut pain, etc...and if you gained any weight overnight...so for instance if i ate carrotts with my chicken for dinner and a few hours later am having heartburn, bloating, etc...AND...gain some wt in the morning...then its pretty safe to assume that the carrotts are a reactive food to be illimated from diet until desired weight has been achieved. Makes sence to me.
I will look further into this.
