Note to self.....Breda you did good today!!!!!! 10 minute walk and I didn't have to stop for breath although I did get a little out of breath but I'm still aiming to reach my goal of 15 walk this week!!!! I weigh myself on Wednesday and hope to have some weight down!!!! I went to my knitting group this morning and as I'd done my walk first thing I foolishly didn't have time for breakfast so my tummy was really rumbling when the tea/coffee and biscuits arrived....b ut I was good...I only had ONE!!!! I would normally have had about 6!!!! I had 2 more about 2 hours later and then came home and had a big bowl of mushroom soup that I made yesterday along with homemade brown bread!!! Still have loads of points left for dinner and to save!! So, all in all it's been a good day!!
