After doing detox yesterday, I think I've lost too much water. My hands look so wrinkled typing here at the keyboard. Back to work today helps keep me away from foods. Being at home the last 3 weeks was hard to stay out of the kitchen and goodies. Scales are down today, not as much as I'd hoped but I'll keep trying. Glad to be back on track. Hopefully will make a lot of progress now.
