This large weight loss, 5.5 lbs in two weeks, scares me because I'm afraid of it coming back on. They say rapid weight loss doesn't last because it lowers your metabolism and you'll gain it all back and then some. But, I don't want to quit low-carb. It's works. I like losing weight. I hope it's all fat not water nor muscle. In fact, I want to get better at it. I want to lower my carb intake to under twenty grams so I burn ketones instead of sugar.

I lost my job. Not only does this worry me about losing the car, but it worries me because as a result I will be less active. Working at a department store is so good for exercise. I'm always fold clothes, towel, putting away returns and they encourage me to walk around at socialize with customer on the sales floor not just stand behind the counter. I want to counteract the less activity by doing housework and walking my dogs. Also, my college has gym that students can use for free. I must go check it out!
206.6 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 71.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

5.5 lbs in two weeks is fine, especially at the beginning of your journey. congrats on the weight loss. Keep up the good work. walking is a wonderful exercise. Hopefully, the weather where you are is good enough so tht you can walk outdoors. If you can, get a pedometer. 10,000 steps a day is a perfect way to good health. Definitely check out the gym. Using the treadmills there will solve any weather problem.
