today it is january 7 I will really like to be at 128 pound in 6 weeks. I think this time I WILL STICK to my goal. I am determine to loose weight. For this week this is my plan:

WORKOUT: 30min

Breakfast: 10am Bread+ chargement.

Lunch: fruit

Evening Snack: Yogourt

Small Dinner: 6pm

Nothing after 7pm. If I am extremelly hungry I can have an APPLE or a CARROT. other than that water.
