4th day in an all protein diet.

Today I gave up going into a cycling road trip that involved multiple hours of riding, because I was worried about not feeling well, or up to it, not to mention there would be nothing all protein to eat there, so I would leave my ketosis state.

But I have to say, I feel great, full of energy, not hungry, which is strange considering my daily cal intake, however my body does feel a little different, like it's missing something *cough*CARBS*cough*, no idea what tho...

We all miss carbs now and then, but that's what carbs do to us, isn't it? You're probably feeling more full because of the protein. The protein is what fills us up.
