1524 kcal Fat: 44.91g | Prot: 86.29g | Carb: 196.20g.   Breakfast: Toasted Rye Bread,  banana, c coffee, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt, Light Vegetable Oil Spread, World Cafe Italian Sweet Cream Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Cherry Tomatoes, oscar mayer delifresh oven roasted turkey breast, 1 oz lucerne colby jack cheese, fit & active light balsamic reduced dressing, baked ham, 1 c salad mix, cucumber, green pepper. Dinner: rotisserie chicken white meat, birds eye steam fresh green bean risotto. Snacks/Other: red grapes, 1 c mixed fresh fruit. more...
