drink 8 glasses of water work out 3 times a week starting w water aroebics & swimming laps stay within my 1900 cal track dailey and skake my sensa

1524 kcal Fat: 44.91g | Prot: 86.29g | Carb: 196.20g.   Breakfast: Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt,  banana, c coffee, Toasted Rye Bread, World Cafe Italian Sweet Cream Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Cherry Tomatoes, 1 oz lucerne colby jack cheese, oscar mayer delifresh oven roasted turkey breast, green pepper, fit & active light balsamic reduced dressing, cucumber, baked ham, 1 c salad mix. Dinner: rotisserie chicken white meat, birds eye steam fresh green bean risotto. Snacks/Other: 1 c mixed fresh fruit, red grapes. more...
