Today, January 6th, 2013 I worked-out. I chose a beginner exercise routine that involved arm, legs, abs, and cardio. I would like to incorporate a diet that will aid in my weight loss journey, that taste good, and is filling. I travel with my job, so I would need to have a diet that can work with restaurants, and some fast food. I also need a diet that is economical. I am looking forward to morphing into a more attractive person, and making better lifestyle choices.

I'm glad to see you join! I think if you can follow these mini challenges you will be able to reach your goal. I understand you travel so if fast food is a must try having smaller portions and no sauces (mayo,BBQ, etc). When eating out portion control is key because from what I've learned the nutritional information these restaurants provide us aren't always that accurate. As far as making a diet and working out I feel I can help you with that. How much free time do you have in the day to workout? How often do you travel? I'm not a professional but I've lost a ton of weight and I currently help my friends lose weight and if there is anything you need help on I will see what I can do
