I am new to this site and trying to figure it out. I think I have signed up with this group. But it (the website)seems a little scattered to me. Anyone else have that problem? I started around the middle of Nov and have lost abt 10# so far.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have used this site previously to lose 30#. It is a great tool to use. You need to take the time to save your favorite meals and stuff, so you can copy them instead of spending time repeating yourself. It also helps you when you don't know what to eat, you can go back in your food journal and pick something that you liked, but had forgot about. Good luck!!
