Yesterday I weighed in a pound lighter but that is fine. Sunday is my official weigh in day. I am happy with my progress this week. BRING IT!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
