Good first week on SBD. Was hoping for more then 2.8 lbs, but better than nothing. Need to cut back on soda, still drinking too much and exercising(need more).

219.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 06 January 2013:
1146 kcal Fat: 61.36g | Prot: 94.34g | Carb: 53.29g.   Breakfast: Egg (Whole), Green Peppers, Zucchini, kraft fat free mozzarella, diet coke, Bacon Style Turkey. Lunch: good sense no salt sunflower nuts, kraft fat free mozzarella,  bread crumbs, Light Ranch Salad Dressing, celery, cucumbers, chicken breast, butter flavored mashed potatoes, lettuce, bell pepper. Dinner: kfc cole slaw, smart beat mayonnaise, chicken of the sea chunk light tuna in water, redner's spread, broccoli, green beans, soda stream diet cola. Snacks/Other: All Natural Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Fat Free Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding. more...

What an awesome start! Great job! People who lose real big the first week are losing mainly water. A smaller loss just means you weren't retaining much water and most of the loss is probably fat. Go you!
