well today was not a good day, eating out is something I need to stop doing or a least learn to get better food, it was a long day of groceries, prk with the boys, some shopping done by the time with got home it was bath time, dinner and cleaning time(o.c.d)got me feeling like my kitchen was messy so have to do some major cleaning but tomorrow is another day I have to be more on poin with taking water cause is not on my list always have to forse myself to drink water

Annette, I had the same problem untill I bought the book, Eat This, Not That. Check it out, it's a great guide to help you choose what to order off of any menu.

Thank you!! will def check it out it may help my hubby to ( he's my meat and potatoes guy) so for him anything else than that is not food
