Wow, we had a sports competition at work today. And while I wasn't playing in the events, I had to watch and who-HOO it was hot!! 8 hours in 100+, 90% humidity really put a damper on my appetite. So, I may come in under my RDA, but it is only cause my body doesn't want any food - not that I am intentionally staying away from it.
Maybe I should swelter more often. Lol.
