SO today was my first day after finishing the 3 day military diet. I lost 6 pounds in 3 days! I am excited to do it again..I am going to do 3 days on and 3 days off. the 3 days I have off I am going to still calorie count and make sure I am at 1500 or under. I cant wait to get to my goal weight :)
