I kept my calories uner 1500 everyday. I have my period too, so I will probably weigh even less when its over. Now I just have to survive a tip to my moms house without eating bad.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
