Just got back! from visiting with a nice nutritionalist. She says I'm healthy and need to step up my activity. I don't want to get depressed and start digging into what makes me the crazy person I am.
So, I've logged back into this site. I'm going to start tracking my food intake and then try to add in some exersize.
