oh boy today was so hard but i made it learned im a stress eater wasnt looking to food for sustenance but for comfort, a way to numb my thoughts and feelings i hope this challenge will help me change this

Try having a granola bar for your stress eating. or maybe take your stress out on cleaning the house or going for a run/walk. It will get easier with time. Also from your diet calendar entry you need more protein in your diet. Try to get in some meats and carbs. Good luck.
