My nose is stuffed and I have a cough, when will the cycle of sickness end! I don't feel horrible, but I am definitely feeling worse by the minute. I'm hoping that this weekend I can get some rest and start feeling better. It's been so up and down the last month, I feel good, then bad, then better, then worse, ugh!
In other news, my eating has been terrible. I've been eating a lot of junk lately, so I've gained at least 2 pounds. I'm going to do an official weigh in when I'm feeling better. My workouts have been non-existent, so that's not helping me either. I'm going to buy groceries on Sunday so I'll get some healthier foods and maybe a new workout DVD to help me get motivated. I need to get back into Yoga with my daughter too, we've been slacking with the holidays and traveling, but now we're home and have no excuse other than not feeling well right now. I have to get moving!!

Feel better soon....it sucks when you are up and down, but eating healthier definitely helps, its hard to get on the exercise kick when feeling rough, but you will get back on track!!!

I was supposed to get cooking done this weekend... all I got done was the hubby's request for Chili lol.. OOPS!
