Thanks for joining my "Lose 20 Pounds by Spring" Challenge group. We can do this together. I struggle with some of the same things you do. Exercise is my weakness. I only enjoy it when it's a game or a bike ride, but not by myself. And I can't find too many people who want to go for a bike ride in the winter in Colorado, me included. YOU ARE RIGHT!
