Signed up for the NC TWILIGHT 5K AT CHARLOTTE MOTOR SPEEDWAY on March 23rd. Time to get off the couch and work toward doing some 5k's this spring. I'd like to finish in under 35 Minutes and be 20 lbs. lighter by race day.
