Good, relaxing morning. Got to sleep in until 8:30. Read some inspirational stuff first thing. Managed to keep myself from reading the negative stuff that a small handful of friends on Facebook always post. (I've minimized what I can see on my news feed. I'm maintaining hope they will pull themselves back up to where they were before.) Got a good shower in (versus a quickie). Snuggled the cats against their will. Took a deep breath....and went to work. The phone was ringing as I walked up the stairs. Most of the relaxation I felt is gone and I wolfed down lunch (which I know will kick me in the stomach soon) in between calls. Woo! Let my short work day begin! LOL

Breakfast: simple Herbalife shake, no additional flavorings

Lunch: Chipotle burrito bowl (chicken, rice, fajitas, tomato and corn salsas, cheese & lettuce) I don't recommend wolfing one of these down. Automatic indigestion.

Snack: large brownie. Didn't help indigestion for some reason. Derr. :(

Dinner: TBD

Water: 9 glasses of water

Currently making my grocery list. I need to go today. Chipotle was the only necessary splurge I can make this paycheck.
