Happy New Year! Holidays enjoyed - check, ate lots of delicious food - check, now need to go on a serious diet - CHECK! Starting today, really. Three times a week, 30 minutes each minimum. No excuses.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
