Just wanted to note that I originally was suppose to be doing the LA Weight Loss, I was not aware I could add myself to it when I created my account.

Silly me!
216.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
