Been lifting weights. Gaining both muscle and fat from the Holidays. Time to start doing cardio. Keep lifting if I have enough energy but need to do more cardio to drop 10 to 20 lbs by April
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
