The holidays were of course free eating days but I did not have any sort of binge and this is the first year for that. I have been cleaning it up this week and that is another first. Usually I can't get back under control until mid to late January. Wow! Go me! I was sure to send the pecan pie home with a daughter, minus another piece for me. I helped my mother make candy but took none for us. That was another good move since those carmels always spell big trouble for me. I can live with how I did.
