Starting walking again on the first. So far I've walked 1 mile each day. My goal is to walk everyday - no rest days. Those days seem to throw me off track. I may not walk as far on certain days, but I will walk at least the mile. I MUST make time for this. I want to lose the weight. I want to get down to a good size for me.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
