Just a short journal entry this morning...before heading out to Curves. Been faithful w/ my eating, water, exercise...so all things are starting to turn. Bloat is leaving (water weight coming off) and energy returning! YeeeeHa!

Today has been a good day...my trip to Curves checked off the list. Then a short size trip to TJ Maxx's to return the XL pants, and exchange for a large. YEAH. And to pick up a few long sleeve workout shirts. (don't like being cold!!) Today was my mom's Birthday... and I am missing her...but feeling her support deep inside. She would be very proud of my return to sanity! And changing the direction of my efforts!! Love to you all.
