I don't even want to record this weigh in. But, I'm getting over the mental issue and I'm going to put in my weight every single day no matter what. I need to see the trend so I don't psyche myself out of my diet, that I know is working, even though the scale messes with my head.

Need to do some measurements today. Should have done those in the beginning.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 January 2013:
2403 kcal Fat: 178.00g | Prot: 146.32g | Carb: 39.18g.   Breakfast: country crock, 20 minute flax bread, sugar free caramel torani, splenda, Coffee. Lunch: marketside half & half, ken's buttermilk ranch, mexican cheese kraft, sausage conecuh. Dinner: center cut pork chop, mexican cheddar jack kraft, cucumber, bell pepper, organic girl, marketside half & half. Snacks/Other: Sugar Free Mint Patties, Sugar Free Pecan Delights, heinz reduced sugar, Meatloaf. more...
gaining 4.5 lb a week

These post-holidays weigh-ins can be killing us to register. I feel you. But it's essential for us to know what we weigh, so we can see progress. Well done on registering it. :)

Yeah, but I weighed 187 after the holidays! LOL! It will be okay. I usually fluctuate a whole lot before losing another pound.
