I haven't been following the paleolithic lifestyle for a couple weeks now and I can really feel it. My face is breaking out again, I have heartburn and I have gained weight. Today is the first day back on the lifestyle and I plan to continue.
206.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
