One day down, nothing exciting or radically different. So far I'm just using the Calorie Counter app to journal my intake. Simply being made aware of my consumption has quite an effect.
280.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
