This recorded new weight 71k after bike ride of 11 miles, breakfast yogurt, 2 cheese sanwiches, organge juice, bananna,and coffee. Still a fat middle age slob and not much to crow about.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
