Ready, Set, GO! I'm ready to lose this weight (again). Day 2 of Atkins and feeling good. Got off the wagon last May or so. It is so easy to get off track, and day by day goes... until I couldn't walk down my stairs or go on my walks without feeling pain in my legs and it caused me to be out of breath. Time to kick into high gear to get back on track where I was and continue on til I get to where I need to be.
