Back for my new year resolution. Lots of running to do this year. Ended the last year with my first 10K. 60 min 10 secs. Weight maintained but still some way to go for the ideal BMI.
New year resolution.
1)Three 10Ks and Fifteen 5 K races.
2) Lose 8 Lbs and maintain.
3) Fried/ cheesy fast food only 4 times a month.
4) Drink 5L of water a day.
168.7 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
