Started Atkins again today. A little brain fog mid day. This time around doing I o purge sugars and wheat from my system to see about allergies. Rashes on legs and arms like usual. No stomach pain today or bloated feeling even with tights. Not too much coffee but probably 3 cups. Which is more than usual. Noticed right off the bat with a little stress it's hard to eat enough. Although definitely wanted to reach for carbs and sugar when tired hungry and irritable/stressed today. Went in the Hot tub instead and drank water Water. By the end of the day already noticed less puffy and gray. Also did notice mid day less stuffy
