This website is so cool! I am starting the South Beach Diet again tomorrow. I did it once two years ago, and it worked pretty good. The thing is, I didn't stay with it. For me it always seems to be "all or nothing" so once I cheated it was over. But I have learned since then that I can still be on the diet and just pick up where I left off.
