I haven't started to exercise yet. But I'm having two meals plus a snack instead of 3 plus 2 snacks !
I joined lunch and dinner together in one late lunch meal .. I lost 1 kg (2 pounds) so far
165.3 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
