It's important to have goals, but it's also important to remember why you're doing this in the first place. A life without the occasional overindulgence, in the middle of the road, in tepid bathwater...where's the fun in that? Did you enjoy it? Did you have fun? Was it a good day? If so, focus on that instead of your RDA. You're not alone and today many of us are getting back on the horse, myself included. That's the difference, not letting one Holiday day of overindulgence turn into your lifestyle. It's all cumulative. :-)
